Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the user (hereinafter "You", "User" or "Player"), and 77ef (hereinafter "77ef", "the Platform", "We", "Us" or "Our"), governing your access to and use of the 77ef website located at 77ef.cam and all associated products, services, applications and features offered thereon.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, placing a wager, or using any feature of 77ef in any capacity, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform.

77ef operates under applicable international licensing frameworks. 77ef is not licensed, endorsed, regulated or authorised by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial or federal regulatory authority within Pakistan. Nothing in these Terms, nor anywhere else on this platform, constitutes legal advice. Users located in Pakistan are solely responsible for determining whether their participation in online betting or gaming is consistent with applicable local legislation, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on 77ef, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are a natural person aged 18 years or older, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator/license jurisdiction, at the time of registration and throughout the life of your Account.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Restricted Territory where online gambling is unlawful.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director or agent of 77ef, nor an immediate family member of such a person, unless express written consent has been granted.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order administered by 77ef or any recognised responsible-gambling programme applicable to this Platform.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee or representative of any third party.

Registration & Accounts

4.1 Registration Process

To access betting and gaming services on 77ef, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete and current personal information as requested. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number.

4.2 One Account Per User

Each User is permitted to hold one Account only on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts (commonly referred to as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of any balances held therein, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify 77ef immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. 77ef will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access that results from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

4.4 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the Platform is true, accurate, complete and up to date. 77ef reserves the right to request documentary proof of any information provided at any time. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

4.5 Identity Verification (KYC)

77ef is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with its applicable licensing obligations. You may be required to submit government-issued photographic identification, proof of residential address, and proof of payment method before a withdrawal request is processed or at any point deemed necessary by our compliance team. Failure to satisfy KYC requirements may result in account restrictions or closure.

Terms of Use

5.1 Permitted Use

The Platform is made available to eligible Users for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You agree to use the Platform in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations and in strict compliance with these Terms.

5.2 Access and Availability

77ef endeavours to maintain Platform availability on a continuous basis; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, third-party service interruptions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may temporarily affect access to some or all Platform features. 77ef shall not be liable for losses attributable to such interruptions where the cause is beyond our reasonable control.

5.3 Mobile and Device Use

The 77ef platform is designed to function across a broad range of devices and operating systems. Users accessing the Platform from mobile devices — including Android and iOS smartphones — do so at their own risk with regard to device compatibility. 77ef makes no warranty that the Platform will function identically across all device configurations.

5.4 Currency

Account balances and transaction amounts are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where selected, or in such other currencies as are made available by the Platform from time to time. Currency conversion rates applied by the Platform or by payment processors may differ from interbank rates. 77ef is not responsible for exchange-rate fluctuations or conversion fees imposed by third-party financial service providers.

Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

Deposits into your 77ef Account must be made using payment methods listed in the Platform cashier at the time of your transaction. All deposits must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. 77ef does not accept deposits from third-party sources. Payment method names referenced on this Platform — including familiar Pakistani payment references such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are mentioned for contextual familiarity only and do not constitute endorsement of, or an active integration with, those providers unless explicitly confirmed in the cashier at the time of your transaction.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier. These limits may be subject to change and may vary based on payment method, account verification status or promotional conditions.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following general conditions: (a) your account must be fully KYC-verified; (b) any applicable wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds must be satisfied before those funds become withdrawable; (c) withdrawal requests may be subject to processing times that vary by payment method. 77ef reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.

6.4 Source of Funds

By depositing funds, you confirm that you are the legitimate owner of those funds and that they were not obtained through illegal activity. 77ef may request evidence of the source of funds as part of its anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations at any time.

Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 Eligibility and Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and promotional incentives available on 77ef are subject to individual offer terms, which are published at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail in relation to that offer.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as stated per offer) must be staked in qualifying wagers before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.

7.3 Abuse of Promotions

77ef employs monitoring systems to detect the following, each of which constitutes promotional abuse: creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once; placing low-risk, mathematically hedged wagers solely to satisfy wagering requirements; colluding with other Users in connection with a promotion. Confirmed promotional abuse will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

7.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers

77ef reserves the right to modify, suspend or permanently withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring bonuses already credited to eligible accounts at the time of modification.

Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 Acceptance of Wagers

77ef reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any wager at its absolute discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: (a) a wager exceeds the maximum stake permitted for the relevant market; (b) the outcome of an event has already been determined at the time the wager was placed; (c) there is evidence of irregular or suspicious wagering activity; or (d) a system, pricing or data error has occurred.

8.2 Settlement of Wagers

Wagers will be settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant governing body or data provider used by 77ef. For cricket markets — including Pakistan national fixtures, PSL T20 matches and ICC tournaments — settlement will follow the outcome as confirmed by the relevant cricket board or ICC. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, 77ef's determination shall be final, subject to the complaints procedure described below.

8.3 Errors and Manifest Mistakes

In the event of a manifest error in odds, lines or market descriptions — including software errors, human input errors or data-feed errors — 77ef reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes. 77ef will not be liable for losses arising from a User's failure to identify an obviously erroneous price.

8.4 Complaints and Disputes

Any complaint relating to the settlement of a wager, account management, or any other Platform matter must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 30 days of the event giving rise to the complaint. 77ef will acknowledge complaints within a reasonable timeframe and endeavour to resolve them promptly. Complaints submitted after the 30-day window may not be considered.

Responsible Gambling

77ef is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The following tools are available to all registered Users and may be activated at any time via account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum net loss you are willing to sustain over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for any single gaming session, after which the session will automatically end.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen reminders of the time you have spent on the Platform during a session.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily suspend your account for a minimum period as defined in the Platform settings. Self-exclusion requests take immediate effect and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of a third party without authorisation.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Using the Platform while self-excluded or while subject to a court or regulatory exclusion order.
• Participating in, facilitating or benefitting from any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing or any other attempt to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event or casino game.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in a manner not expressly permitted.
• Engaging in money laundering or any financial activity that violates applicable anti-money-laundering regulations.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage, whether or not actual financial gain results.
• Harassing, threatening or engaging in abusive communication with 77ef staff or other Platform users.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory where such access is prohibited by local law.

Suspension & Closure

11.1 Suspension by 77ef

77ef reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to suspect: (a) a breach of these Terms; (b) fraudulent activity; (c) money laundering or financial crime; (d) regulatory or compliance concerns.

11.2 Closure by the User

You may close your 77ef account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures, subject to outstanding KYC requirements being satisfied. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

11.3 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether initiated by you or by 77ef — your access to Platform features will cease. Real-money balances that are legitimately withdrawable will be returned to you through an appropriate payment method. Balances subject to ongoing investigation or compliance review may be withheld pending resolution.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77ef, its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes, without limitation:

• Losses arising from wagering decisions made on the Platform.
• Loss of data, loss of profits or business interruption.
• System downtime, third-party service failure or network outages outside our reasonable control.
• Unauthorised account access resulting from failure to secure your credentials.
• Actions taken by 77ef in good faith pursuant to its compliance, AML or KYC obligations.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude liability that cannot be excluded as a matter of applicable law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 77ef Platform — including but not limited to software code, interface design, graphics, logos, text, market data, game assets, and audiovisual materials — is either the proprietary property of 77ef or is used under licence from third-party rights holders. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for the purposes described in these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce or redistribute Platform content; reverse-engineer or decompile any Platform software; create derivative works based on Platform materials; or use Platform content for commercial purposes without express prior written consent from 77ef.

Privacy & Data

The collection, storage, processing and use of your personal data by 77ef is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy in its current form.

In summary, 77ef collects personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance and — where you have opted in — marketing communications. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 77ef holds its applicable operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the complaints procedure in Clause 8.4 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

Users in Pakistan acknowledge that 77ef does not operate under Pakistani law, is not subject to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts, and that Pakistani courts may or may not enforce judgments relating to online betting services. Users in Pakistan engage with the Platform entirely at their own legal risk and are advised to seek independent legal advice if in doubt about their position.

Amendments to These Terms

77ef reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect user rights, financial terms or key conditions of use — 77ef will provide reasonable notice via email to the address registered on your account, or through a prominent notice on the Platform, prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 11.2.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last updated.
